At The Rhum Republic®, each product is made to order especially for you. Because our products are printed on demand, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Order Processing

Most orders are produced and prepared for shipping within several business days. Production times may vary depending on the product, availability, order volume and time of year.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the product, destination and shipping method available at checkout. Any delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when tracking is available. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

International Orders

International delivery times may vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or other fees that may be charged by their country or local authorities.

Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Once an order has entered production, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional charges may apply to have the order produced or shipped again.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Occasionally, carrier delays can occur that are outside our control. If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will help investigate the shipment.
