Returns & Refunds

Each The Rhum Republic® product is made to order especially for you. Because our products are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size or colour, or for a change of mind. Please check the product description and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at therhumrepublic@gmail.com. Include your order information and clear photos showing the problem so we can make it right.

When an eligible issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. In most cases, you will not need to return the affected item.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit-card provider to process and post the refund.
